Mixing in Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Manufacturing

A group of experts will discuss and review the role of mixing in the batch manufacture of pharmaceuticals and other fine chemicals. The special problems associated with these type of operations will be reviewed including the role of regulation, peculiar equipment configurations, special effects of non-optimum equipment on process results and scale up and some special case studies. There will be four presenters from academia, consulting and industry.
