complete the form electronically (preferred) or print out and fill in
manually. The completed form must be signed (electronic signatures
can not be processed) and then faxed to Clara Gomez Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering The University of British Columbia 2360 East Mall, Vancouver BC Canada V6T 1Z3 Attractive early bird rates are available for registrations received before April 15th, 2010. After this date the regular registration rates apply. Registration applications received after April 30th cannot be guaranteed space, but will be accommodated if space permits. Registration rates for Mixing XXII include 5 nights accommodation (arriving on Sunday, June 20th and departing on Friday, June 25th, 2010); 3 meals per day (beginning with dinner on the Sunday evening and ending with a farewell brunch on the Friday morning); 2 social functions each day; coffee breaks; all gratuities and taxes; and conference materials and participation. No partial conference fees are available. All Fees are in Canadian Dollars. The fee structure is set out below:
