REGISTRATION

1. Registration applications received after April 24, 2016 cannot be guaranteed space, but will be accommodated if space permits.
2. Registration rates for Mixing XXV include:
   • 5 night accommodation (arriving on Sunday, June 26 and departing on Friday, July 1, 2016);
   • meals: breakfast from Monday to Friday, lunch Monday, and dinner from Monday to Thursday;
   • 1 social function each day;
   • coffee breaks;
   • all gratuities and taxes;
   • conference materials and participation;
   • complimentary wireless Internet is available in all guest rooms for members of the Fairmont President's Club (http://www.fairmont.com/fpc/)
3. No partial conference fees are available. All fees are in Canadian dollars.
4. The receipt of your registration form will be acknowledged by e-mail.
5. Reservations will not be accepted by telephone or regular mail.

7. Cancellations:
   • Requests for cancellations must be made by email to francois.bertrand@polymtl.ca
   • Cancellations before April 24, 2016: fees will be refunded in full, less a $100 processing fee
   • No refund will be given for cancellations received after April 24, 2016; however, substitutions may be made for participants from the same organization.

Registration was a success with more than 140 participants! If you are interested in attending the conference, please contact the Mixing XXV registrar at (mixingxxv@inscriptevent.com). Additional registrations will only be possible if rooms are still available at the Chateau Frontenac.
