The city is accessible by air to Québec City Jean-Lesage International Airport (YQB), by Via-Rail train from Montreal, and by bus or automobile via Highway 20 and Highway 40 from the West (Montreal & Ontario), via Highway 20 from the USA, via Highway 20 from the East and the Maritimes, and via Highway 73 from the South (Maine).

How to book your accommodation

A block of rooms has been secured at the Château Frontenac for the participants. To take full advantage of the rates negotiated on behalf of the event, you will be able to reserve your room as you register to the event using our registration form (not yet available). Any specific requirement or instruction can be communicated to the hotel at the same time.
